Wooden handled tools

• Boiled linseed oil is fantastic for wooden handles that are unvarnished. If your garden tools handle is soiled, then remove as much of the dirt as possible with a dry brush, and then if you need to, a wet cloth. Make sure that you don’t saturate the wood.
• When rubbing in the linseed oil, always rub in a coat, then leave it to absorb before applying any more.
